Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single people aged 16-24 with low to high support needs who are homeless or are at risk of homelessness. Can accept care leavers. Must have a local connection to LB Enfield or Haringey.
Who we cannot help
People with a history of arson, serious violence and sex offending. People who do not have an income.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
All referrals can be self-referral or via an agency or social services for under 18.
Referral procedure
To make a referral contact 0208 807 1988, complete a screening tool and client will be invited for an interview. Waiting list very long at present for 18+ services.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
3-4 full time staff on-site 8am-10pm at each service, security guard 10pm-8am, emergency on-call system. Keywork system with weekly/fortnightly or monthly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed at least monthly or every 6 months. Referral agency, key professionals and relatives are invited to be involved in support planning process. Support provided around benefits, life skills, employment and training and access to specialist services.
