If the referral is being made on behalf of an individual by a partner agency, a single referral form must be completed.
As an individual, you can self-refer. We will get in contact with you to take some essential information.

Support and accommodation
A mix of full time and part time staff and volunteers are employed on a rota basis across all our services providing person centred and outcome focused support.
Assistance is available 24 hours a day, with security and On Call Support providing cover over night.
All clients are allocated a Key Worker on entry to the service. In most cases, each client will retain the same Key Worker throughout their journey within the service.
Staff give general support and advice to clients on all aspects of independent living, including securing and keeping a tenancy, managing a budget, eating well for less, self-care.
We are located within walking distance of Camborne Train Station and our nearest bus stop is located at Tesco Extra, Pool.
