How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone or call in 9am-4.30pm for application form, completed prior to informal assessment. Require background information and reports. Referrals discussed at team meeting and offer made on basis of need.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

1 full time and 5 part time staff, sleep-in cover in hostel, visiting support in houses. Keywork system, weekly meetings. Individual support plans. Staff offer advice and practical help with budgeting, cooking, cleaning and applying for courses, training and employment. Evening activities including discussion groups cooking, creative arts. Drop-in.
