Community mental health team (CMHT) working with homeless people with complex psychological and social needs. Mental health and social needs assessments, accommodation, financial, and resettlement needs assessments. Work with individuals considered as NFA, i.e. people in hostels, temporary accommodation, sofa surfing.

Homeless people with complex psychiatric and social needs. People sleeping rough or who have moved 3 times or more in the last year etc.

  • Wednesday: 9am - 5pm
