How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone, call in or write for an application form, completed by applicant and referral agency prior to interview. Require proof of ID, eg birth certificate, passport, official letter.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

3 full-time and 2 part-time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Key-work system (10-12 residents per key worker), weekly meetings. Needs assessments and support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Compulsory support programme. Staff offer help with independent living skills, and advice on housing and careers.
