We are a local authority housing options service who offer homelessness advice and advice under Part VII of the Housing Act) Advice and information on housing options for people with a housing problem who feel that they need help to resolve it regardless of tenure. Assessment of housing need under the Housing Act Part V11 (Homelessness). Homelessness prevention work. Help Point Open for Drop In Services Monday - Friday 10.00am to 3.00pm at Town Hall.

How to contact
All applications for assistance are via the link for applicants to submit a Housing Assessment Form online: https://www.crawley-homechoice.org.uk/HouseholdRegistrationForm. We are also reachable by telephone or by email. We do not offer a drop-in service. Face to face visits are appointment only.
