Complete application form at www.housingsupportgatewaybathnes.gov.uk - this application covers all supported housing in BANES. Applicants will be contacted before interview.

Support offered

Staff visit Cleveland House weekly, emergency on-call system. Residents visit nearby Pathways project for support. Keywork system, meetings as required. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Support around independent living skills, including finances, physical and emotional health, drugs and alcohol, work and training.
