Vulnerable single homeless women with complex support needs. Priority given to people with a local connection to County Durham. Can accept people with dogs.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals, or referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

An online referral can be made at any time, alternatively phone Mon-Fri 9am-4pm or email for details.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

Staff provide 24 hour waking cover. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed as required. Housing related support with signposting and support to other services.
