Centrepoint Manchester Mon to Fri 9-5pm on 0161 228 7654. Referral through MAS gateway by Manchester city council.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

5 full time staff plus volunteers, including waking night staff. Support session system (3 residents per worker), with compulsory weekly/fortnightly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, devised in consultation with service user and external agencies, reviewed regularly. Staff offer support around housing, budgeting, benefits, independent living, resettlement, and substance misuse.

Around the clock supported housing Single rooms with shared showers. Plus one PACE bed. Shared kitchen, living room, toilets and garden.
