Young individuals seeking accommodation aged 16-24.
Who we cannot help
We take into account a person's history and potential risks on a individual basis. If an individual is currently high risk or does not have appropriate management strategies in place to manage risk, we may not be able to place them.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
We accept referrals from a number of agencies including Herts Young Homeless, local councils, schools, colleges, homeless organisations and mental health services.
Referral procedure
Referral hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 - 16:00.
We accept self-referrals and referrals from external organisations. If a referral is from a partner organisation a referral form is required as well as background information about the service user.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
Whilst a service is staying with Nightstop, we work closely with partner organisations and local councils to help provide longer-term stable accommodation. We will also sign-post to appropriate organisations to help with additional support needs.
