How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Many come from Social Services, Probation, Youth Justice Team and a wide range of voluntary agencies.

Referral procedure

Phone or call in Mon-Fri 9am-4pm. Require background information, particularly around criminal record, substance use and medical history.

Support offered

During the week Nightstop Guests are expected to have follow-up appointments at the agency which referred them or with other agencies. Project staff offer advice on finding longer term accommodation.
