Who do we help?

Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with a range of support needs. All applicants must have a local connection to Oldham.

Who we cannot help

YP with no recourse to public funds. History of arson, schedule 1 offenders.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

All referrals come from CAP. However, supporting professionals can complete the referral form to help with this process.

Referral procedure

Contact Oldham Housing options and they will consider if you should be referred to the Central Access Point (CAP) which refer to us as a commissioned service.

Support offered

As a temporary supported accommodation, our key focus is providing stability and building independence skills to enable people to move on to long term accommodation options. There are: Weekly support session with assigned keyworker; Client involvement activities including wellbeing, employment, and contributing to service; 24/7 support available from our main office.
