How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone 24 hours a day - if phoning at night, will be asked to leave a daytime contact number or asked to re-contact during the next working day - or call in during office hours.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

12 full time staff, emergency on-call system. Keywork system with weekly meetings. Support includes help with claiming benefits, budgeting and other daily living skills. Referrals to specialist agencies as necessary, eg around drug or alcohol problems. Residents may move from communal units to self contained units during their stay.
