Who do we help?
Young homeless people aged 18 to 28 with low level support need. Must have a local connection to Cornwall.
Who we cannot help
Young people with severe behavioural problems e.g. violent tendencies and arson. Young people with a drug and alcohol dependency - zero tolerance policy. Young people with severe learning disabilities or severe mental health conditions. Young people who have committed a Sexual Offence.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accepts self-referrals and referrals from any agency. Most referrals come from statutory agencies including local authority housing department social services, leaving care team, housing associations, and voluntary projects.
Referral procedure
Phone call to request email application form, completed by applicant and referring agency prior to assessment.

Support offered
3 full time and 4 part-time staff, on site Monday to Friday 8am-9pm Saturday to Sunday 1pm – 9pm,
Overnight Sleep-in staff Monday – Sunday 9pm – 7am. Personal Development Plan weekly meetings. Staff give support around budgeting, domestic skills, accessing education, training or employment.
