Young single homeless men aged 16-25 with support needs. Must have a local connection to Cornwall.
Who we cannot help
Arsonists. People unable to cope with the level of support offered by the project. Those who pose a physical threat to others. Zero tolerance policy on Drugs.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Most referrals come from statutory agencies, including the local authority housing department, Social and Probation Services, leaving care team, housing associations, and voluntary projects.
Referral procedure
Phone, call in Mon-Fri 8am-8pm or email for an application form, completed by applicant and referral agency prior to interview. Require 2 references. Referral pack can also be downloaded from website. https://turnaroundhouse.org.uk/#contact

Support offered
1 full time and 2 part time staff plus volunteers, on-site Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, On-call system operates 24hours a day 7 days a week. Keywork system (2 residents per worker), weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed weekly. Staff give support around budgeting, health and hygiene, personal and emotional issues, domestic skills, access to education, training and employment.
