How to get a referral

Referral agencies

All referrals come via Bristol City Council.

Referral procedure

All interested parties need to make an appointment at Temple Street Bristol City Council to present as homeless.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

3 full time and 1 part time supported housing officers, 1 part estates officer, 1 full time team leader. Staff are available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, there is access to an on call service after these hours if needed, we also have a security guard on site Monday-Friday 8pm-4am and Saturday-Sunday 8pm-6am. Residents are required to attend support sessions fortnightly – housing support is offered (budgeting, accessing accommodation in the community, signposting to relevant agencies, applying for benefits
