Referral agencies

All referrals via Bristol City Council's Housing Support Register (email accommodation.services@bristol.gov.uk).

Referral procedure

Agency referrals only via Bristol City Council's Housing Support Register. Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Application form. Require 2 references. May require background information.

Support offered

4 full time staff, available 9am-5pm weekdays, emergency on-call system. Compulsory keywork system (21 residents per key worker), meetings every 2 months. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 2 months. Staff provide advice and support with housing, employment and education, also run Skills for Life sessions to help prepare people for successfully maintaining their own tenancy. NB support contract will change from end October 2013, contact for details.
