        How to get a referral
        
            Referral agencies
            Priority for all rooms is given to those currently housed with P3 in Gloucester. If P3 are unable to fill the vacancy, then all other referrals come through Gloucester City Council’s START meetings. Direct referrals are not accepted.

            To be referred to Taylor House, please contact Gloucester City Council on 01452 396396.  All referrals must be made on a START form.

        Support and accommodation
        
            Support offered
            Staff are on site 7 days per week from 8.30am-8.30pm Monday - Friday and 9.30am-5.30pm on Saturday and Sunday.  Overnight concierge staff are on site daily from 8.15pm - 8.45am.  Support plans with agreed outcomes for all residents. Offer a group work programme with workshops covering a with a wide range of support needs such as tenancy sustainment, independent living, benefit maximisation, welfare reform, budgeting.
