Single homeless people with support needs and people in housing need. Must have a local connection to South Gloucestershire.
Who we cannot help
Those with a history of violence, harassment or arson. Current drug users without support. Schedule 1 offenders.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Only accept referrals from South Gloucestershire Council Homeless Section.
Referral procedure
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-4pm for an application form, completed by applicant prior to interview at the Forecastle. Two references required.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
1 full time and 2 part time staff on site Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm, 24 hour on-call system. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 6-8 weeks. Staff help with applications for benefits and re-housing. Compulsory support meetings.

In 3 buildings. Purpose built building, with bed sits with communal laundry, lounge, kitchen, separate meeting room, gardens and car park.
