Phone or call in during office hours. Application form and interview with 2 members of staff. Require as much background information from referring agency as possible.

2 part time staff, waking nights cover Fri-Sun, warden calls on other nights. Compulsory monthly support meetings. Staff provide help with completing application forms, budgeting, cooking and developing other independent living skills, and advice on education, training and employment.
