How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or write for an application form, completed by applicant and referral agency prior to interview. Require proof of ID, eg NI number, passport, birth certificate, and references.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

8 full time staff, plus volunteers, sleep-in cover. Individual development plans with agreed outcomes. Staff provide support around independent living skills, alcohol misuse, food hygiene, health and safety, employment.
