How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone Mon-Fri 8.45am-5.30pm, email or write for an application form, to be completed by applicant and referral agency before interview. Require proof of ID, eg NI number, medical card, passport, bank statement. Require references.

Support offered

4 full time and 2 part time staff on-site Mon-Fri 8am-6.30pm, emergency on-call system. Keywork system with regular individual meetings and daily group meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed regularly. Staff offer life skills training, budgeting, money management.
