Who we cannot help

All flats are shared between two so if support needs are too complex and difficult for someone to share with you then this would be difficult.

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

See website for details and referral form. Ring project direct for referral form to be emailed. Young person is invited to look around and attend informal interview/assessment.

Staff cover day, with support staff available at night and weekends. key worker system, regular meetings. Advice and support around independent living skills, budgeting, cooking, accessing benefits, training and employment. Referral to specialist
