Single homeless people aged 18-30 with low support needs who are willing to access training or employment opportunities. Must have a local connection to LB Croydon.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Only accept referrals from Croydon based referral agencies via LB Croydon SNAP Team.

Referral procedure

Application form completed by referral agency. Interview. Risk assessment. Require proof of ID eg medical card and birth certificate. Proof of income required.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

7 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system (12-13 residents per key worker) with fortnightly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed at least quarterly. Staff offer residents help and advice with independent living skills, employment and training, and resettlement.
