How to get a referral

Single Homeless Service (SHS).

Referral procedure

Clients are referred to MHSD by the single homeless team at Croydon Council. We then arrange and book an assessment to determine suitability.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

We are staffed 24/7 support workers working from 7am-10pm and concierge from 10pm-7:30am. Keyworkers update support plans at least every 3 months and tailor key work sessions to customers needs such as mental health e.g medication or support with engaging with the care team. Financial difficulties, issues within the service, move on. We also support with volunteering and employment, engaging with the local community if necessary.
