How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone any time. Interview over the phone. Carry out risk assessment. Require as much background information as possible and proof of ID.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

8 full time and 2 part time staff, available daily 9am-7pm, emergency on-call system. Keywork system (12 residents per key worker), with meetings at least once a week. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff provide support around independent living skills, social skills, education and employment.
