How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Agencies that can access the avenue are Local authority, probation, we are with you, mental health services, P3 outreach, other supporting accommodation, prisons.
Referral procedure
We accept referrals via The Avenue.
Inhouse assessment will then take place
If accepted the client will be placed on the waiting list

Support and accommodation
Support offered
Emergency accommodation - Staff based on site 24hrs . Key work system with up to 15hrs of support per week. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed regularly. Staff provide advice, guidance and signposting.
Move on accommodation – Staff available between 0900-1700hrs, accommodation is dispersed with Staff located in a central office, with on call for emergencies after working hours . Key work system with up to 6hrs of support per week. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed regularly. Staff provide advice, guidance and signposting.
