Support and accommodation

Support offered

Staffed 5 days a week. 4 full time staff available during office hours, Out of hours support service provided. Compulsory keywork system (5-6 residents per key worker), weekly keywork meetings. Signposting. Individual support plans, reviewed regularly. Staff provide support with benefits, budgeting, life skills development, accessing training and education, and liaison with other agencies.
