Single homeless people with a local connection to Gedling, Broxtowe or Rushcliffe only. Can accept applications from 2 couples, including same sex couples. Can accept up to 2 dogs.

No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Only accept referrals from Broxtowe Housing Options (0115 917 7777), Gedling Housing Services Department (0115 901 3681) and Rushcliffe Housing Options (0115 914 8326).

Referral procedure

Local authority referrals only. Application form completed before interview by applicant and referral agency. Risk assessment.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

14 full time, 1 part time staff on-site, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory contact sessions and engagement around individual support and resettlement plans. Staff provide support around independent living skills and resettlement options.
