Who do we help?

Rough sleepers and other single homeless people, including ex-offenders, those with criminal justice orders, and people with alcohol, drugs and mental health issues. Priority to rough sleepers, prison or hospital leavers and people with local connection to Nottingham City. We accept owners and their dogs 5 only at any one time. Can accept people with dogs.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Only accept referrals via The Gateway.

Referral procedure

Clients can self-refer to The Gateway. Phone or call in Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 8.30am-4.30pm, Weds 10.30am-4.30pm. Interview and needs assessment.

London Rd - 24 hour support. Support workers and support planners integrated system of supporting service users. Pelham - No night support staff. Support workers and planner support daytime Monday to Friday. G House - 24 hour support. Support workers and support planners integrated system of supporting service users.
