Support and accommodation

Support offered

24 hour cover. Allocated support worker, weekly meetings. Individual support/action plans, reviewed monthly. Staff offer advice and support with budgeting skills, benefits, health issues, accessing leisure activities and finding employment or training. Refer to external specialist agencies where appropriate.
