        How to get a referral
        
            Referral agencies
            Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
        
        
            Referral procedure
            Phone or call in Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Basic details taken and triage arranged. Agencies can complete form electronically.

            OWL includes 
- prevention service (mediation and staying put solutions) 
- emergency & group living (24/7) 
- complex needs (being developed)
- dispersed tenancies: Staff provide visiting support up to twice a week initially, then weekly. Support mainly around housing issues. Support provided till 10pm wee days and 10-6 weekends. Three locality hubs close to accommodation open Mon-Fri with internet access, use of phone, laundry facilities, various activities, projects to access employment, training and volunteering & Independent Living Skills.
