How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept referrals from local agencies working with young people.
Referral procedure
: Phone Mon-Fri 10am-3pm for information, including details for self-referrals on how to be referred. Initial assessment made by support worker, then referral form completed with young person. Require background information and References from social workers, Probation or other professional involved in the support of the young person, such as teachers.

Staff provide support on a range of issues, main focus on housing and life skills. On-call support at night and weekends.

Transport usually provided to and from hosts' homes by volunteer drivers or staff and bus pass provided for the next morning.
