Who do we help?

Single homeless ex-offenders and those at risk of offending. Those with a local connection are prioritised. FryAccord has a non exclusion policy which means that all referrals will be considered and assessed. No animals are allowed on the premises.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone 0121 706 0900 7.30am-11pm for referral/application form. Must include details of any previous offences. Successful referrals will be invited to interview.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

7 full time staff, sleep-in cover. Compulsory keywork syste. Staff assess residents' needs and draw up a support contract outlining agreed action to be taken.
