Support and accommodation
Support offered
24 hours security/concierge. Staff are available week days and weekends 8.30am-7pm, emergency on-call system at other times. Support plans and key worker system with weekly meetings plus ad hoc meetings between times as needed. We provide support around independent living, budgeting, benefits, developing relationships with neighbours and other people, and accessing specialist support services. Our links with other agencies mean we are able to refer clients into the relevant support, and we often host partners at our main site for ease of access. Life skills training and other activities are run on and off site including volunteering, skill building and interest groups.
