Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single adults who have experience of, or are at risk of, homelessness. A local connection is required, however there are certain exemptions for people fleeing abuse. Operate a drug and alcohol tolerant policy across most of our properties and also have a dry unit so can be flexible to any additional needs.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.

Support and accommodation
24 hours security/concierge. Staff are available week days and weekends 8.30am-7pm, emergency on-call system at other times. Support plans and key worker system with weekly meetings plus ad hoc meetings between times as needed. We provide support around independent living, budgeting, benefits, developing relationships with neighbours and other people, and accessing specialist support services. Our links with other agencies mean we are able to refer clients into the relevant support, and we often host partners at our main site for ease of access. Life skills training and other activities are run on and off site including volunteering, skill building and interest groups.
