How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self-referrals for the dormitory as well as any agency referrals including housing teams, probation and police.

Referral procedure

For the main hostel and outlying properties all vacancies are allocated through the Housing Related Support service co-ordinated by Suffolk County Council. Online application is required to be completed.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

24 hour waking cover, 1 member of staff and on-call external security assistance if required at night. Support worker system, with weekly meetings and live Risk Assessments. Staff offer advice and support around life skills. Residents will be required to engage to make steps towards gaining appropriate level of accommodation, including General Needs and Private Rentals to live independently.
