How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Any Agency or self referral.

Referral procedure

See website - referrals can be emailed. Agency completes referral form which must be accompanied by proof of benefits status if possible. Require National Insurance number and 2 forms of ID.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

9 full time, 6 part time staff plus volunteers, 24 hour waking cover. Staff provide advice and information on welfare benefits, alcohol and drug problems, help with form filling and claiming housing benefit. Regular residents' meetings. Day services offering support and activities to residents.
