How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Print off the referral form from the website. Completed forms should be completed and emailed to opendoorstalbans@hightownha.org.uk. Referrals can also be made via the drop-in service Mon-Fri 2.30pm-4pm.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

8 full time, 3 full time support staff. Linkwork system with meetings as necessary. Staff provide resettlement support and signposting to benefits advice, health and specialist services. Drop-in service on same site for homeless and vulnerably housed people Mon-Fri. Outreach team actively seeking and supporting rough sleepers.
