Young single homeless people with support needs. Local connection is prioritised. 2 bed spaces are crash pad - Emergency bed space for 16-17 year olds who are immediately homeless.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone, call in Mon-Fri 9am-10pm or write. 5 spaces are for referral from Watford Borough Council. Application form completed by prospective resident and agency prior to interview. Require proof of ID and references.

Support offered

9 staff, including night staff, available 9am-6.45am, sleep-in cover. key worker system, with meetings at least weekly. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly-6 monthly. Provide advice and support around independent living skills, communication, benefits, education, training and employment, and help with accessing relevant agencies.
