Who do we help?

The service caters for single homeless aged between 18yrs and 65yrs. The service provision is generic, local connection to Basingstoke & Deane is a requirement of application. The service is unable to accommodate cats or dogs.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Julian House Outreach Team, Two Saints, Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council.Referrals will be accepted for those in prison if they have a local connection, subject to liaison with Basingstoke & Deane BC.

Referral procedure

Referral forms completed and submitted only accepted by Social Inclusion Partners, (Basingstoke & Deane BC, Julian House or May Place). Assessment will be arranged following receipt of fully completed referral form

Support offered

Support staff are available Monday – Friday 9am – 9pm and 11am – 7pm weekends. An out of hour’s emergency number is available outside of these times. Concierge presence on site from 9pm – 9am seven days a week.
