How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and agency referrals. Referrals coordinated by Housing Panel.

Referral procedure

Once a referral is received invite applicant for assessment, normally conducted on Wednesdays at Aldershot office.

Support offered

Staff available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, out of hours on-call system. Support in: Literacy and numeracy – enrolment onto appropriate courses, offending behaviour and understanding triggers, mental health – including WRAP plans, physical health, Social skills, alcohol/drug use, life skills (including cooking, cleaning, money management, leisure activities, finance management), education, training and employment, self-harming behaviour, spiritual/cultural, customers are consulted about any changes to their linkworker and can request a change themselves
