How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone, call in daily 24 hours or write. Application form completed prior to interview. Require proof of ID - NI card/passport - and further background reports as necessary.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

3 full time and 2 part time staff, working on a 3 night rota, 24 hour sleep-in cover. key worker system with weekly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 3 months. Staff provide support with daily living skills, family issues, employment, education and training, signposting to specialist agencies.
