Young single homeless people aged 16-24 with medium to high support needs. Mush have a local connection. Can accept people with dogs.

Who we cannot help

Do not accept sex offenders. People with arson offenses will be considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Referrals can be made through partner agencies, for example, Housing Options Cheltenham or Gloucester, Social Care, Probation, P3 or Green Square.

Referral procedure

Can apply to the service through partner agencies who will allocate to the next suitable vacancy. If you are a young person leaving care, you will have the opportunity to choose between the properties.

Support offered

Access to housing related support across 5 properties in Cheltenham and Gloucester 24/7. This includes drop ins, group work and keywork sessions during the day time and building security at night. Service is person-centred which means that we are flexible to your needs regarding how support is accessed. Support includes help and advice to understand tenancies and reporting repairs or ASB, accessing benefits, improving budgeting skills, liaising with professionals and neighbours, accessing specialist support in the community and improving understanding of safeguarding.
