Referral procedure

Phone Office Mon-Fri for Appointment. Emergency drop-in service: Mon-Thurs 12 noon – 1:00pm and 3:00pm – 4:00pm. All day Friday. Out of Hours. Interview. Require proof of ID.

Support offered

Staff provide 24/7 cover. Keywork system with weekly meetings. Staff provide advice and support with tenancy sustainment including benefits, employment, finding accommodation.
