How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Agency referrals preferred, but will accept self referrals.

Referral procedure

Referrals are mainly made via Kirklees Council's Housing Solutions service as we have a Protocol Agreement with them. However, we do also take referrals from other sources, including self-referrals. We have a Referral Form available on request. This is followed up by an assessment to see if we are the right service for the applicant. Where required we may request additional information from other parties.
