People aged 18+ who come under the local Changing Futures programme with Hull City Council, individuals with complex needs around mental health, offending, substance misuse and other areas, priority given to those with a local connection. 9 main stay beds, 3 assessment beds.

Support offered

12 staff on-site, double cover, 24 hour waking cover Staff offer support around living skills, housing related skill building including preparing individuals to be tenancy ready, accessing education and training and liaising with specialist statutory and voluntary welfare agencies, regular key worker sessions, each individual is assigned a member of staff for this.
