Services offered

A housing advice and options service for anyone in housing need. Where someone may be threatened with homelessness focus will be on trying to help prevent homelessness, and if they become homeless, will work through most realistic housing options. This will include what help may be offered under the safety net of the homelessness legislation. Administers the housing register for the area (applications to the register can be made online at https://www.home-link.org.uk/)

How to contact

Phone or email, or in person at our offices. Initial contact would be best via email or phone. Follow up with a phone call from a duty officer to discuss your circumstances and carry out an initial assessment.
