How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Many referrals come from Inspira, Youth Offending Teams, Social Services and Carlisle City Council Homelessness Department.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

2 full time and 1 part time staff in the day, waking cover at night. 3-6 residents per worker) with meetings held weekly or more often if required. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed either weekly or monthly. Staff offer support around emotional wellbeing, daily living skills including budgeting and cooking, employment, training and linking in with specialist welfare agencies.
