Services offered

ihAg offers practical and emotional support, advice and guidance on all matters relating to homelessness, including welfare benefits, homelessness applications, money management skills, and tenancy management. The Centre offers showers, laundry services, food parcels, a postal address, access to a bank account, and supported referral to a health, mental health and recovery services.

Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

Local people living with the experience of homelessness, living in emergency accommodation, and those at risk of homelessness due to personal circumstances. This includes (Support to) people sleeping rough on the streets of Ipswich, and those "hidden" homeless – people who are sofa-surfing, sleeping in cars and night shelters.

  • Wednesday: 9am to 5pm

  • Friday: 9am to 4.30pm
  • Weekends: Saturday and Sunday 10am to 2pm.
