Young single homeless people with low to medium support needs. Must have a local connection to Trafford. Will accept care leavers until the age of 25.

Referral procedure

Referral form to be completed by referring agency and sent to Trafford Housing Options team. Assessment completed by Greenbank team

Support and accommodation

Support offered

Staff available daily 7.45am-9.10pm, concierge provides overnight cover. Weekly support sessions, workshops and activities. Independent living skills workbook completed to prepare residents for independent living. Staff provide support and advice on benefits, education, employment and training, offending and rehousing.
